The Puerta del Sol is rooted in the pre-Inca archaeological site of Tiwanaku in Bolivia. Unique in the world, the monument of the Sun Gate lets the flaming rays of the sunset appear in its arch, represented here by a splendid central yellow diamond surrounded by two lateral diamonds.
