Where can I ask for advice and have my AGUAdeORO jewellery repaired?

For any repair or advice, we invite you to visit our AGUAdeORO boutique at Grand-Rue 21, 1204 Geneva, bringing your warranty certificate. You can also contact us by email at sales@aguadeoro.ch or by phone at +41 (0)22 732 38 64.

Once you entrust your jewellery to us, our experts will examine it, determine the service required and provide you with a quote. The service is carried out only after you accept the quote. If your jewellery is under warranty, we will repair it according to the warranty terms.

How can I avoid damaging jewellery?

To protect your jewellery, remove it before activities that could damage it, such as sport or gardening. Avoid wearing two pieces together if they may rub against each other. Keep delicate materials such as pearls and coral away from cosmetics and household products.

Storing your jewellery in its original box or in a separate compartment of your jewellery box is ideal. We recommend fastening chains and wrapping them in a soft cloth to prevent knots.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Check the clasps regularly. For gemstones, immerse the jewellery in lukewarm soapy water and gently brush it with a soft brush. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth or microfibre cloth.

How should I care for gemstones and pearls?

Although our stones are hard, it is important to protect them. Check your jewellery regularly to inspect the stones and settings, especially after an impact. Please visit us for a proper examination if needed.

Why is my ring setting damaged?

Everyday impacts can affect the setting. Even a diamond can be damaged. If you notice anything unusual, visit our boutique for a complete inspection.

Does my jewellery need regular polishing?

Polishing can reduce scratches, but it should not be done too often. For white gold jewellery, we recommend polishing every 5 years; for yellow gold, every 7 years.

Can I have my AGUAdeORO ring resized?

We offer one free size adjustment for engagement rings purchased in our boutique, up to two sizes.

Can I have AGUAdeORO jewellery engraved?

Engraving services are available for our wedding bands and creations. Please see our SERVICES page for more information.
