Mother’s Day: When a Mother’s Love Means Putting a Passion on Pause

What greater example of love is there than the love of a mother?

At AGUAdeORO, our profession gives us the privilege of encountering many stories of love. Some arrive through engagement rings, others through family jewels, symbolic creations or moments shared with our clients. Each story reminds us that love is rarely only a feeling. It is often a gesture, a decision, a form of support, or a quiet sacrifice.

We saw this, for example, in the story of Little Bee, where love appeared through the tenderness of a husband supporting the woman he loves. In this new episode of More Than Love, the emotion is similar. It is the story of a mother who, out of love for her children and her family, chose to put one of her greatest passions on pause: equestrian life.

Surrounded by horses and nature, a former professional rider shares an intimate moment with her daughter during an AGUAdeORO photoshoot, and reflects on motherhood, transmission, and the quiet choices that shape a family.
