Warranty and return policy
Warranty
All our creations are guaranteed for three years from the date of purchase. This exclusive warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not apply to damage resulting from accidents, impacts, lack of care or natural wear over time.
As part of our commitment to excellence and attentive customer care, we offer an exclusive protection service for small melee diamonds of up to 0.05 ct per stone: if one is lost, we will replace it free of charge.
To preserve the brilliance and longevity of your jewellery, we recommend an annual inspection by our experts. Any inspection carried out during the warranty period extends the initial warranty and the melee-diamond replacement service by one year.
Orders and returns
Due to the exceptional nature of our creations, most of our pieces are made to order and personalized. Therefore, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, these orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded. This policy applies in particular to engagement rings, wedding bands and jewellery engraved or modified at the customer’s request.
However, exceptions may be considered for standard, non-personalized models. In this case, an exchange may be offered under certain conditions. To confirm your eligibility, please contact our Customer Service team.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a customer located in the European Union or the European Economic Area and made your purchase through our website, you have a legal right of withdrawal of fourteen days from the date on which you physically receive your order.
To exercise this right, simply notify our Customer Service team before the deadline expires. They will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
Please note that this right of withdrawal does not apply to bespoke creations, such as engagement rings and wedding bands, which cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
