This jewelry is guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase. You can have your purchase serviced for free each year. With each service performed, your general warranty is extended by one year.

Exchange policy
It is possible to exchange the jewelry within 14 days (2 weeks) after purchase for another model. There is no possibility of a refund. The exchange policy does not apply to custom or altered models.
